Q: What deposit or payment is required to book?

A: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Q: Is there a getting ready space available?

A: There is an optional add-on available to use the beautiful Studio Venus room which will be unoccupied for getting ready but it is by open availability only, so please call before booking.

Q: How early can we arrive at the venue? 

A: You may arrive up to 20 minutes early unless you have scheduled an appointment with our partner Studio Venus, in which you may arrive at the approved time.

Q: Can we bring our own beauty team?

A: Absolutely! While we often partner with the artists at Studio Venus, which is the neighboring studio next to us, you are welcome to bring in any stylist you prefer as long as it is within your allotted time slot or Studio Venus space has been rented for your day and time.

Q: What should we wear?

A: Wear whatever makes you feel bold, gorgeous, and unmistakably you.

There are zero rules here, just good vibes and big intention. Some couples show up in gowns and tailored suits, others in funky jumpsuits, silky slips, or matching leather jackets. We’ve seen sequins, boots, veils, bare feet, black velvet, and everything in between...and honestly, we’re obsessed with all of it!

The Vow Exchange Suite is your playground for self-expression and sacred style. Dress like your love story deserves a standing ovation.

Q: Are you LGBTQ friendly?

A: The Vow Exchange Suite was created as a safe space for all couples to be celebrated and represents all love!

Q: Do you host baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, or bachelorette events?

A: Yes—the space can be rented for almost any event when not hosting weddings. Just call for availability and let us know what you have in mind!

Q: Do you take pictures?

A: We are happy to capture a few memories with your phone but we are not professionals and do not have an in-house photographer so please feel free to bring your own or get in contact with one of our awesome photographers from our vendor list!

Q: Do you provide an officiant?

Yes we do! You are also free to bring your favorite ordained friend, officiant, or religious leader to perform your ceremony. They do have to be legally ordained for your union to be official. Just let us know!

Q: Are we allowed to bring food?

A: Cake or cupcakes are allowed with every package. Food is only allowed with "The Mini-ception" package. All alcohol will need a Special Occasion Permit.

Q: How far in advance should we book?

A:

We suggest scheduling your ceremony at least two weeks ahead so we have the time to thoughtfully prepare and make your moment truly special. That said, we understand that love doesn’t always wait for a calendar.

Our online booking is open Frida-Sunday from 10am-7pm, and we’ll always try to accommodate short-notice ceremonies whenever possible. Whether you’re carefully planning every detail or following your heart in the moment, we’re here to help make your day happen.

Bring your promises to one another — we’ll handle everything else.

Q: Are we allowed more than 12 guests? 

A: Our max seating space for guests is for 12 guests, however, if you would like more people to attend for standing room only, there is a $50 add-on fee, $100 fee if booked for a Mini-Ception. Kids and babies do count towards guest number.

Q: Can we write our own vows? 

A: Of course. Your ceremony should feel authentic to who you are. Whether that means sharing personal vows, adding a beloved poem, or incorporating a ritual that holds special meaning, we’re all for it. Our officiants can keep things traditional or lean into something more imaginative. This is your story—we’re simply here to help bring it to life in a way that feels true to you.

Q: Can we request additional time?

A: Yes, additional time can be added for $50 per 30 mins if schedule allows.

Q: Is there a restroom on the premises?

A: Yes, there is. The Vow Exchange Studio preserves the charm of a historic space while providing modern comfort through upscale, professionally serviced restroom accommodations for each event.

Q: Are there any restrictions we should know about?

A: There are no pets allowed. No alcohol without permit.
